Hellotickets don’t got me a satisfying customers relationship. They don’t told me than my activity was canceled and reported so I’m waiting during one afternoon on my meeting point activity for nothing. I paid for nothing go and back my cab cause there are no public transport to deserve the meeting point…. It’s incorrect to treat us customers like this and don’t considered us. For the future I’m never book again an activity via Hellotickets and no share to my contacts Hellotickets bad services…. Very disappointed.
